How To Buy a Love Letter

Our secure online ordering process allows you to select and pay by credit card or PayPal for your letter using our secure ordering system. The system operates on industry-standard 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. 
 
Phone Your Order
Call us on 1300 731 738 with your credit card handy.
Fax Your Order
To purchase using your credit card and transmit via Fax, please follow the following instructions: 
  1. Use our online Shopping Cart facility as if you are ordering online and using the ‘pay by credit card’ option. However after entering your card details DO NOT click on ‘Submit’. 
  2. Instead, right click on the page (if PC) and Print to your printer. Then write your credit card details including:
    • Type of card eg. Visa, Masterecard
    • Your full name as it appears on your card
    • The card number
    • The card expiry date
    • The CCV number
  3. Then fax this page to us at  03 9866 5854 . 
  4. Then just close the cart browser.
Mail Cheque or Credit Card Detail
To purchase using your credit card or a cheque, please repeat the process in Fax Your Order and mail it to us at:
